This author has put into words what I strive to do in my life. I had a hard time putting it down. I've read through it quickly and now am ready to go back and apply "the assignments" to my life.
I have several friends and family members that will be advised to read this book. I think some CEO's should be required to read this and apply it to their lives.

Great to read alone or for group discussions for ages 10 through 100.
Everyone believes the world is full of trusting people of like values. When (at any age) they discover integrity is what we strive for in our everyday growth, and not everyone lives with personal ideals to copy.
Great ideas to bring on great discussion about believing that good is within ourselves. Even when the world seems to thrive on being skeptical,we can learn to trust.
We can welcome challenges and growth, trust in our own ability to be caring and trustworthy person in all phases of our life.
Trish brings a "believe in yourself" message to the reader that can be useful in times of self doubt as well in times of accepting the good challenges of life.
As a personal friend of Trish Knight's I can honestly tell you that she puts her money where her mouth is. She truly "Lives with Integrity". I have always respected her viewpoints and this book is one such example. She is clear, concise, and provides a simple approach to looking and improving the self. You can't be lost in translation or big words. If you are just starting on a journey of personal development, I would highly recommend this book to start your journey. You will truly learn a lot and want to recommend it to others.
Honestly, I avoided reading this for awhile due to a medical condition, but one day I finally got started & just kept reading. This book is a common sense approach to making yourself a better person & was easy for me to follow & grasp,even on the medicine[s] I have to take every day. It had some graphs, charts & areas where you could list things to help you become that person you would like to be. I needed something like this since I was kind of down on myself, my health & the way I felt life had treated me in the past. Now I think I can move past a lot of that & become a person with more integrity. I highly recommend this to all. Thanks, Trish!
