This book has it all- vampires, zombies, werewolves, and shapeshifters! Zeke, a seemingly deadbeat boss of a topless golf course, and his assistant, Scotlyn, who basically does all the work, band together when the zombie apocalypse starts.Zeke turns out to be much more than he seems, and despite his claims of being completely alone, he actually has hilarious family and friends who find them and join the crew. Their side stories and romances are endearing.
Scotlyn is a business genius and her love for her grumpy cat, Pucci (yes, just like Gucci), creates drama and hilarious situations.
The story ends neatly and ties up most loose ends, although it would have been nice to have more information on Caleb and his possible happy ending.
Overall, this book was hilarious and packed full of paranormal creatures and situations. I would definitely recommend it!

I love this book . I think I’m gonna read it again . 💛📚
This book is one of my favorites, and I often reread it when I become frustrated trying to weed through all the junk flooding the genre lately. Scotlyn and Zeke are hilarious and endearing, and the story is fast-paced and always keeps my attention no matter how many times I read it. Some books pull you in, while others simply distract you; this one pulls you in, for sure. Definite keeper.
I love zombies and there was that, but the true brilliance of this story is the humor that leaps from every page. I laughed all the way through it. The characters have a sense of humor even at the worst of times which never feels out if place. Just feels right. I look forward to reading more from this author!
I loved this book! Think "supernatural characters side of events from Zombie Land". Fun characters, witty dialogue & plenty of action. Sexy scenes, sarcasm & laugh out loud moments. Not a deep book, but a darn good read. Highly recommend it, good times!
You know all the angsty paranormal romance books with the uber-alpha werewolf and his supportive human mate and the evil vampires out to rule the world? This is not that book. It does have werewolves and vampires and other assorted beasties but they are too busy trying to stay alive in the wake of a shambling undead attack to worry about their clichés. Gannon writes a fun book with likeable characters who have the misfortune to fall in love in the time of zombies.
ok normally zombies scare the living heck out of me but I adore this book, i've read it at least four times, the Gannon sisters are some seriously talented writers, i've read everything they have written, and every book was awesome, no duds in any of the series.
I was unsure about this book ever after reading the blurb but I really did enjoy reading this book.
I would have liked to have seen a second book but Cassandra finished the story nicely and I was left feel complete at the end.
Well written and super easy to follow, was a little strange to read in the beginning and at times I felt a bit disconnected to the characters. But as I read more I enjoyed it more. The story itself was very filling with vampire, shapeshifters, werewolves and zombies!!!
Recommend to anyone looking for something a little out of the normal and wanting a full adventure / romance novel.
